The hotel is located centrally in Varsity Lakes, offering a relaxed atmosphere that's hard to believe on the Gold Coast. I found the rooms to be spacious and clean, although noise from the air conditioning unit disturbed my mornings. The staff was wonderful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist me even with misplaced belongings. The dining options were convenient with fresh and healthy dishes. Overall, a reasonably priced stay with excellent location benefits and some room for improvement in noise management.

However, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the washing machine area, with a moldy clothing item left behind, presumably by a previous guest.
